We expect our suppliers to conduct their business in a manner consistent with our business practices and principles that, in spirit, promote values respecting fundamental human rights, social justice, human dignity, and respect for the equal rights of men and women. Basically, do the right thing.

ALTAR’D STATE VENDOR COMPLIANCE MANUAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Vendor (being defined as self and any associated 3PL) hereby acknowledges that it has read, understands and unconditionally agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in the Altar’d State Vendor Compliance Manual. In the event the Vendor fails to sign and return this acknowledgment to Altar’d State, the vendor's shipment to Altar’d State constitutes its unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in the Manual.
