Welcome!
ALTAR’D STATE (“AS”) is committed to providing our customers the highest possible products and customer service by building strong bonds among our trading partners. This is achievable with full cooperation throughout the supply chain, as well as dedication to continuous improvement and efficiencies in operations. We want our vendors to ship the right product, on time, in the right quantities, with the right carriers, to the correct location. This guide is designed to standardize instructions and provide you a quick and easy reference for our shipping requirements.
Please read this guide and understand, before shipping any ALTAR’D STATE purchase orders, that compliance and routing instructions are deemed part of the terms and conditions of purchase. These requirements are structured to provide supply chain efficiencies that support our needs and the needs of our customers. It is critical that all our vendor partners adhere to these guidelines. Adherence to guidelines ensures the merchandise moves quickly through the supply chain and into our stores. Adherence to guidelines also ensures that the vendor avoids any fines, chargebacks, refusal or other penalty resulting from a violation(s).
Please understand it is NOT our desire to generate revenue by issuing chargebacks to our vendor partners; rather, it is to focus on improving supply chain and logistics performance. If instructions contained in the Routing Guide are not followed, chargebacks will be assessed to offset the cost incurred by Altar’d State for the additional processing required in our Distribution Center, Corporate Office, and/or stores.
